"Started on Invisalign treatment with Dr Beckstrom and staff. First install of aligner tray was smooth. Tiffany explained very nicely. Thankful for my wife’s suggestion and Linda’s assistance with retainer like (aligner tray like) teeth appliances. Linda provided after the intake appt. for use until the first aligner tray install. The temporary appliances helped my bite and brought great comfort till the real deal came along. The temp appliance also let me experience the feel and ease of tray use before having the first aligner. Thanks Dr Beckstrom, Thanks Linda, Thanks Tiffany."

"I currently have three kiddos seeing Dr. Beckstrom in different stages of braces- one who just got his off today (yay!) one halfway through, and one who gets them next week. All three kids love him, as do I! He's so wonderful at explaining everything in ways the kiddos learn and therefore it reduces their fear through the whole process. My 8 yr old is a bit young to have braces but she needed them, and he has her EXCITED to get them! From the sweet assistants who work on their braces (and repeatedly have to tell my teens the same stuff every visit😅) to the receptionists and office staff, ALL are absolutely wonderful. When I was researching orthodontists and calling around before any of my kids got them, Beckstrom stood out from the get go, and I am SO happy we chose them. They truly are the best and I recommend them to everyone! Also, my teens pointed out Dr. B's shoes a few times, so of course, they deemed him "cool" 😄😎Thank you Dr. B and crew!"

The weekly scan on the Smile Doctors app was a nice feature and kept the process real time so I knew if I was on schedule or not. I ended up finishing 1 week early and I love my new smile! One kid is close to the end (started with Invisalign, but my squirrel-child wasn't cut out for them and switched to traditional). Amber then escorted us to the consultation room where she greeted us with warm hospitality as well. She tried to get Karter to get an X-ray but he was a little nervous so she went on to taking pictures of his teeth, and he enjoyed that part. When Dr. Beckstrom came him he immediately grabbed my son’s attention and got him to open up which can be a challenge for most. He was able to get him to get an X-ray and discuss his pictures. He is usually very shy around new people and doesn't talk much but they were amazing with him and it was just like he was around people and interacting with them that he has known for years. He was honest and I am always skeptical about places because I think they just want money no matter what but he definitely didn't come across that way and quite frankly was the complete opposite.
