"Started on Invisalign treatment with Dr Beckstrom and staff. First install of aligner tray was smooth. Tiffany explained very nicely. Thankful for my wife’s suggestion and Linda’s assistance with retainer like (aligner tray like) teeth appliances. Linda provided after the intake appt. for use until the first aligner tray install. The temporary appliances helped my bite and brought great comfort till the real deal came along. The temp appliance also let me experience the feel and ease of tray use before having the first aligner. Thanks Dr Beckstrom, Thanks Linda, Thanks Tiffany."

"The overall experience with Dr Beckstrom and his team was excellent. I’m a bit older and for me I found the Invisalign process to be much better than braces. The weekly scan on the Smile Doctors app was a nice feature and kept the process real time so I knew if I was on schedule or not. I ended up finishing 1 week early and I love my new smile! I topped it off with the whitening process and I’m very happy with that as well. I highly recommend Dr. Beckstrom if you’re looking for an amazing new smile! Thank you Team Beckstrom!"

"I can't speak highly enough about this practice. One kid is completely done (in record time) with Invisalign. One kid is close to the end (started with Invisalign, but my squirrel-child wasn't cut out for them and switched to traditional). I'm about a third the way through my own Invisalign program and am excited about the results I can already feel.I've never met an unfriendly staff member. I see the practice supporting school and community events regularly. My younger kid even got a mini-check-up on a busted bracket during a school even that they were sponsoring :) They're just good people doing a great job."

The entire staff we came in contact with was welcoming and made me feel like they appreciated us even being there. The doctor himself was super cool and down to earth. He was honest and I am always skeptical about places because I think they just want money no matter what but he definitely didn't come across that way and quite frankly was the complete opposite. "I am in my early 50's and a little nervous about getting braces at my age. But I bit the bullet and went to see Beckstorm. From my first consultation in January till present, we are approaching the end of August, I have never felt uncomfortable with any members of his team. Everyone has been extremely nice and concerned of ones teeth. I've had to visit their office 3 times this month, due to a wide space I have, the wire kept coming off. I had no issue with getting in that day to have it fixed. Again everyone is so welcoming and I would highly recommend Beckstorm team to anyone at any age. Big shout out to your team!! "I had my braces put on today, and I can't imagine a better experience with any other orthodontist. At the door, the atmosphere was very homey as I was greeted by the smell of baking cookies and the beautiful smiling faces of Amber and Joy. Both were very helpful with getting me checked-in for my appointment and making me feel comfortable. From there, Linda and Dr. Mauro did a fantastic job of applying their treatment to my smile. "I have been associated with Dr. Mauro and his team for the past 2.5 years. I am one of his "older" patients. As a young adult I had braces, but with time (and wisdom teeth)...my teeth shifted and were becoming an embarrassment for me...but more importantly I was concerned with the health of the teeth. During my initial visit Dr. Mauro explained all the different options I had and introduced me to Incognito braces...what a GODSEND. They were perfect for me and my lifestyle. Dr. Mauro and his team are TOP NOTCH. My experience with ALL of them has been wonderful, so much I was kind of sad, when I had my braces removed, that I wouldn't be seeing them as often. "Adena Noble is my favorite at Dr. Mauro's office even though the entire staff is very friendly and professional at all times. Adena takes the time to explain in greater detail what is happening to your teeth and why. As an older person, I prefer to have the same person/Adena every time, but she's in high demand. "i only have great things to say about Dr Mauro! my daughter & i both have been patients for just over a year now. we first met the Dr at the Vandalia office, but we now see him at the Troy location. both offices are great! his staff is amazing, always helpful & very nice. Dr Mauro treats his staff & patients like friends. everyone seems to really enjoy what they do there. on the money side of things, hes affordable. doesnt seem to be about doing unnecessary treatments for $. i honestly think he enjoys what he can do for people. we saw 2 other orthodontists before Dr Mauro they wanted half of the treatment cost upfront, w Dr Mauro i got my daughters braces put on within a week of her 1st appt. all they require is your 1st months payment which is figured by taking the amount of months until your treatments complete & adding 6 months to it plus no interest. the total cost includes after care also, in our cases retainers. i almost forgot he uses a more modern bracket than the ones from the 90's, theyre smaller. i recommend Dr Mauro to anyone needing ortho care, great Dr, great staff & great financing! :)"
